  • Are benefits available?
    • Yes! Full time employees are eligible to participate in our medical and dental insurance plans, supplemental insurance plans. We also offer a 401k plan to those employees who have completed 1 year or 1000 hours of service. In addition, we offer a productivity incentive bonus, quarterly newsletter, direct deposit, employee referral bonus, and InterActive Therapy Group is a continuing education provider.
  • Does ITG help with my continuing education requirements?
    • Absolutely! In addition to our clinical services, InterActive Therapy Group is approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) as a continuing education provider for, keeping our staff the most current experts in our fields. We regularly offer in house continuing education events for all of our staff!
  • What employment opportunities are available?
    • You can check on our website under 'Employment Opportunities' for current employment openings. If you do not see an opening for the position you are looking for, we are always accepting resumes! Our employment needs change on a daily basis so be sure to check back for new open positions.

  • What services do you provide?
    • InterActive Therapy Group provides a range of evaluation and treatment services for Early Intervention, Preschool and Charter Schools. We primarily provide home based services but do provide services in daycares, preschools, etc.
    • We also provide Autism services in the Syracuse region.
    • InterActive Therapy Group employs Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Special Education Teachers, Psychologists, Social Workers, Teacher Assistants - including Floor Time Aides and Paraprofessionals.

    • Our corporate office is in East Syracuse, NY and we have regional offices in New York City and Long Island.
