Jared M. Bauer, President  
Jared began his career as a speech-language pathologist working with developmentally disabled children and adults with a focus on augmentative and alternative communication. He followed this with a position as a clinical supervisor and instructor at Teachers College, Columbia University. Jared came to InterActive Therapy Group as the Regional Program Director in 2006 with the responsibility for the oversight of the New York City operations, including supervision of all clinicians. In 2011, Jared became the President of InterActive Therapy Group and is responsible for the growth and overall vision of the company, oversight of all corporate functions, and ensuring that the clinical and administrative teams are comprised of high quality, compassionate, and dedicated individuals. Jared is a graduate of the University of South Florida and currently resides in New York City.

Vanessa R. Rascoe, Regional Program Director
Vanessa is a certified special educator and has been an active pursuant of educational innovation and reform for over fourteen years. She has reflected her true passion and vision for child and family development with InterActive Therapy Group for over seven years. As the Regional Program Director, Vanessa assures that her team of related service providers and special educators provides superior services to the myriad of children with exceptional needs. Vanessa also spends countless hours providing leadership in state compliancy monitoring and reviews, special education best practices, clinical and educational support, and professional developmen. Vanessa is a graduate of Lehman College and currently resides in New York City.

Karen Richards, Controller
Karen has had many years of business experience from customer service to corporate finance.  She is an engaging team player and problem solver who is highly motivated with a strong work ethic.  As Controller, she supports our CFO and is responsible for the company's financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and various special analyses. Karen currently resides in Syracuse.

Tiffany deBeaumont, Executive Assistant
Tiffany provides administrative support to the President and Directors and serves as the companies billing and intake coordinator. Tiffany is responsible for the company billing, payment tracking, and liaising with the Controller. Tiffany currently resides in Long Island.
